Char is a Grand Haven native with a degree from Michigan State University in Family and Community Services and an extensive customer service background. Her passion is connecting with people, identifying their goals, and working with the team to support those goals. She currently lives in Coopersville with her husband, Tim. In her free time, she likes working on home projects with her husband, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and watching sports (especially her beloved Spartans).
